David boasts an impressive 24-year career as a professional hockey player, with noteworthy appearances in various leagues including the NHL, AHL, IHL, ECHL, KHL, NLA, Finland, Italy, and England. He notably played for the Montreal Canadiens and Columbus Blue Jackets during his time in the NHL, totalling 93 games.

David began his appraiser career in Ontario, working as a Candidate Appraiser under the tutelage of seasoned CRAs, honing his skills and expertise in the field. Amid the Covid pandemic, he relocated to his home province of Prince Edward Island. Through his perseverance and dedication, David successfully obtained his full CRA designation in May of 2022, solidifying his position as a reputable and knowledgeable residential appraiser. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Derby University in 2013.
